Healthcare workers spend their lives keeping other people alive. They do it through 12-hour shifts, impossible staffing, broken equipment, and a system that constantly asks more while giving less.
The wellness apps aren't working. The motivational posters aren't working. What works is finding people who understand — who've stood in the same OR at hour 9, who've sat in the same parking lot before a shift, who've documented something as "inadvertent contact with sterile field."
Stat Society is that place. Raw, real, funny when it needs to be, and always on the side of the workers.
